It is very easy to assemble roller boxes. OXO Packaging makes these boxes with a single sheet of paperboard. Paperboard can be of any type, i.e., Cardboard or corrugated stock. We use a wooden die. Then we place this die in the die-cutting machine. This die-cut machine cuts the side borders of the sheet in corners.
A die-cut machine cuts its opposite borders by making holes in them. Indeed, these are called “side panels”; die cut machine brings various rectangular holes in these panels. We make two additional locks in these opposite panels. Hence, when you roll these side panels, they become ridges. It is just like a range of ridges.
You can make these ridges secure with the help of two locks. We make these interlocks in the box panels. So, just after bolting the locks, paper board crests become immovable. Ridges stand on the opposite side of the paperboard sheets like fences. Now you only have to roll the box from the given scores of the boxes.
Hence you will be able to roll the box in a spherical shape. Once you roll the box, you can insert the front tucks into the tuck holes. This is it; your roller box is ready to ship. Now you can paste the address of your customers on roller boxes. Lastly, you only need to deliver them to your customers. Deliver it to them and see their enthusiasm.
